If you contact us via a contact form or a pop-up, we process the data you transmit to us, in particular:

For sending newsletters and for automatically sending PDFs, we use MailPoet (an EU-based service within WordPress). In particular, the following data is processed:

6. Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective processing purposes or as long as we are obliged to retain it under statutory requirements.
When you visit our website, our hosting provider IONOS collects and stores so‑called server log files (including IP address, time of access, browser and system information). This data is technically required to ensure secure and stable operation of the website. Storage takes place in accordance with IONOS’s data protection specifications and solely for technical and security-related purposes.
Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy policy, personal data will be deleted once the purpose of processing no longer applies.
In particular, the following storage periods/criteria apply:

In such cases, deletion will take place once those reasons no longer apply.
